Workplace risks

What workers may see about organisational risks and action plans — never individual answers.

Some jurisdictions require workers to see consolidated workplace risks and the status of the action plan — not only managers and HR. This employee-facing page shows approved group-level risk bands and plan status only.

The five-person anonymity floor and staffing-change rules still apply. Hidden groups use the same neutral insufficient-data state; no individual scores, comments, response counts, or manager comparisons appear.

Where a statutory pack is in scope, workers can also access an approved establishment report (for example a PGR-style inventory and action plan). Concept fixtures remain reference-only pending counsel.

For example

Jess opens Workplace risks and sees “Demand peaks and underload” as high with a staffing review in progress, plus a download control for an approved establishment report — never who answered what.

Worth knowing

Anonymity floor
Results only appear when at least five people are behind them — never a smaller group that could identify someone.
PGR
In Brazil, the risk inventory and action plan document required under NR-1 — shown here only as a synthetic concept fixture.

What you can do here

  1. 1Review consolidated risks for your establishment.
  2. 2Check action-plan status and last review dates.
  3. 3Download an approved statutory report when available.
