Connections, jobs, audit, AI decision records, and feature flags live here. Autonomy-related flags include orchestration, Decision Packs, transactional email, and standard-control auto-approve.
Flags can disable features; they never bypass privacy floors or dual-control deletion. Email vendor go-live remains a separate compliance gate.
Permanent deletion still needs two independent people.

A connection to one organisation's HR system fails three times in a row and automatically pauses itself. Sam sees it here and starts a recovery check before re-enabling it.
