Learning & capability
Short training modules, linked to a real fix rather than treated as one.

Short, role-specific lessons — for managers, for everyone, or for specific situations. Completing one is recorded as useful evidence, but it's never treated as a substitute for actually fixing a bad work setup.
This distinction matters: training someone to cope better with a bad rota is not the same as fixing the rota. Modules here are explicitly linked to a real fix as supporting evidence, not offered instead of one.
Each module has captions, a transcript, and remembers where you left off, so it fits around a normal working day.
For example
A manager completes “Managing psychosocial risk as a people leader” — it counts as capability evidence for the Logistics workload fix, alongside the actual staffing change, not in place of it.
What you can do here
- 1Start or resume a module assigned to your role.
- 2Track your own completion progress.
- 3See which fix a module's completion counts as evidence for.
