MOOSH Assist is a **bounded, on-demand** helper: you ask for one of five tasks — draft, explain, check, tidy evidence, or refresh a report — and it returns one cited draft, then stops.
That is different from **Decision Packs**, which playbooks assemble automatically when signals, schedules, or events fire. Assist does not replace the exception cockpit.
It never publishes, assigns people, or changes scores on its own. It is also not the employee Policy assistant.
For example
You ask Assist to draft a board narrative for a meeting tomorrow; you edit and approve it. Meanwhile, a Logistics Decision Pack arrived by email without anyone opening Assist.
