This is where the “Assure” part of the app really begins: everything you've done elsewhere — risks, fixes, consultations — is only useful as proof if it can be traced back to a specific requirement. This page does that tracing.
Every requirement traces through to the actual risks, fixes, and evidence behind it — so a gap here isn't just a number, it's something specific you can act on.

The requirement “evaluate whether controls are effective” might show as at-risk because three fixes are complete but their effectiveness reviews haven't been approved yet — a specific, fixable gap.
