Periodic leadership evidence — not the daily exception inbox.
This generates a snapshot report of the organisation's risk, fixes, consultations and evidence, frozen at a point in time so it can't quietly change later. It flags any gaps or outdated evidence upfront, rather than hiding them.
This is where individual pieces of evidence become one coherent story that leadership and the board can actually rely on — rather than everyone having to piece it together from separate screens themselves.
Before it can be shared, it needs two separate approvals — first from the organisation's leadership, then a board sign-off. Once exported, the download expires after seven days.

The Q3 pack freezes the quarter's risk position, controls and consultation evidence, flags one lingering evidence gap, then goes to Priya for approval and Marcus for board co-sign before it can be exported.
