The MOOSH User Guide

MOOSH is an orchestrated psychosocial risk system — not another console HR must babysit all day. Playbooks start routine work; Decision Packs and transactional email reach the HRBP/EHS shared service; people approve exceptions; employees self-serve safely. This guide describes the evaluation mock you can click today, screen by screen.

How work is meant to feel: signals and schedules fire playbooks → Decision Packs arrive by email and in-app → HRBP/EHS approve, amend, or reject → owners get email tasks → evidence and assurance close the loop. Human gates remain for non-standard and high-consequence decisions.

Roles in the demo

What someone can see is role-based. Shared-service operators clear Decision Packs; owners complete email-notified tasks; employees self-serve privately. The table uses Brunel Manufacturing Ltd as the reference organisation.
