This is deliberately the least detailed screen in the whole app. A board member sees organisation-wide health and residual risk — never Decision Pack queues, team detail, or cases.
Shared service operates exceptions; the board co-signs assurance and risk acceptance. That separation is the design.
Board decisions: co-sign packs, or formally accept residual risk with recorded rationale.
