When a Decision Pack is approved and a control is assigned, the owner is notified by transactional email and sees the task here with due date and evidence expectations.
Owners should not need the full HR console. They open the deep link, attach evidence, and complete the work. Independent effectiveness review still cannot be self-signed.
SLA nudges also arrive by email so shared service is not the chase function for every task.
For example
Tom gets an email for Peak demand staffing review, uploads the new rota, marks complete, and waits for independent effectiveness review.
